1. Agreement
By accessing webbletsolutions.com or engaging Webblet Solutions for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Webblet Solutions provides digital services including web design, Next.js development, marketing, SEO, and related consulting. Project scope, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with you before work begins.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials (copy, logos, access credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays in client input may extend delivery dates.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding third-party tools, open-source libraries, and Webblet’s pre-existing frameworks or methods. Webblet may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Payment
Invoices are due according to the schedule in your proposal. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case as stated in your agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webblet Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
7. Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials in a way that infringes trademarks or copyrights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
